Each region can adopt additional criteria and regulations for Secular Franciscan Order members in their region that are not in conflict with the Rule, Constitutions and National Statutes.  The Regional Governance Norms have been adopted for St. Francis Region.  A PDF document of  the Mission Statement and Regional Governance Norms (Revised January 2020) is available with the following link.
