The term "Ongoing Formation" refers to the continuing process by which a person grows throughout his/her life on the journey that culminates when one is received by our Lord Jesus Christ after death.  Ongoing formation is done in the local fraternities and is the biggest part of the monthly gathering of all the members, as well as those in initial formation. In addition, there are seminars and workshops around the Region from time to time, and all the material presented there is part of each person's ongoing formation.
